機場報到英文：四句話從遞護照到問登機門

完整對話

到了機場，排到報到櫃台前：

地勤人員： Good morning. May I see your passport? 你： Here it is. I’m flying to Sydney. 地勤人員： Thank you. Are you checking any bags today? 你： Just one suitcase, and this bag stays with me. 地勤人員： That’s fine. Window or aisle seat? 你： An aisle seat near the front, if possible. 地勤人員： Row eight. Boarding starts at eleven twenty. 你： Thank you. Which gate should I go to?

最實用的四句

1. Here it is. I’m flying to Sydney.

遞東西時說 Here it is 或 Here you go，都是「給你」。

順便報目的地，對方核對航班更快。也可以說 I’m on the flight to Sydney.

如果要轉機，對方可能會問 Is Sydney your final destination?（雪梨是最終目的地嗎？）是就說 Yes，不是就說 No, I’m connecting to Melbourne.

2. Just one suitcase, and this bag stays with me.

check a bag 是託運行李。Are you checking any bags today? 就是「今天有行李要託運嗎」。

stays with me 是「這個我隨身帶」。也可以說 This one’s my carry-on.（carry-on 是隨身行李。）

沒有要託運的，就說 No, just a carry-on. 英國比較常說 hand luggage（隨身行李），託運則說 check in a bag。

對方接著可能說 Could you put it on the scale, please?（請放到磅秤上），或是問 Are there any batteries or power banks in it?（裡面有電池或行動電源嗎？）行動電源不能託運，要放在隨身的包包裡（美國也叫 portable charger）。

3. An aisle seat near the front, if possible.

aisle seat 是靠走道的座位，window seat 是靠窗，中間那個叫 middle seat。

if possible 讓請求變得委婉：有就給，沒有也不尷尬。也可以問 Do you have any aisle seats left?

near the front 是前面一點，下飛機比較快。沒有的話，對方可能會說 Sorry, we only have middle seats left.

4. Thank you. Which gate should I go to?

gate 是登機門。也可以直接問 What gate is it?

對方可能會說 Gate twelve, but please check the screens.（12 號，但請看螢幕）。有時候登機門還沒確定，對方會直接請你看螢幕；確定了也可能更改，過去之前再看一眼。

注意上一句的 Boarding starts at eleven twenty：這是開始登機的時間（11:20），比起飛時間早，別照起飛時間去登機門。

自己說一遍

第一輪，照著唸：
