**Them:** Do you both hold the same passport?

**You:** Yes, we do. Do we need a visa?

**Them:** For this country, yes you do.

**You:** How long does it take to get one?

**Them:** Usually two to three weeks.

**You:** Can you help us with the forms?

**Them:** We can send you a checklist.

**You:** That would be very helpful.
