## Dialogue

**Them:** Is this an online order?

**You:** Yes, it arrived yesterday but it's the wrong item.

**Them:** Do you have the order number?

**You:** It's on my phone. Let me find the email.

**Them:** Take your time. I can scan the screen.

**You:** Here it is. They sent a shirt instead of a coat.

**Them:** I'm sorry. I'll refund it and order the coat.

**You:** Thank you. How long will delivery take?
