## Dialogue

**Them:** How is the steak?

**You:** I'm sorry, but it's completely cold.

**Them:** That shouldn't happen. Would you like a new one?

**You:** Yes, please. Could it be cooked a bit longer?

**Them:** Absolutely. I'll take this one away.

**You:** Thank you. Everything else has been great.

**Them:** I'm glad. The new steak is on the house.

**You:** That's very kind of you.
