**Them:** Is it the whole flat or one room?

**You:** Only the kitchen has no power.

**Them:** Check the fuse box for a switch.

**You:** One switch is pointing down.

**Them:** Push it back up and see.

**You:** It went straight back down again.

**Them:** Then something is faulty. Unplug things.

**You:** I will unplug everything now.
