**Them:** When would suit you for the review?

**You:** Would Thursday morning work for you?

**Them:** Thursday is busy. How about Friday?

**You:** Friday afternoon works better for me.

**Them:** Let's say two o'clock, then.

**You:** Two is fine. How long do we need?

**Them:** Let's book an hour to be safe.

**You:** I'll send the invitation now.
