**Them:** Are you looking for a study space?

**You:** Yes, somewhere quiet if possible.

**Them:** The top floor is the silent area.

**You:** Are there sockets for a laptop?

**Them:** At every other desk, yes.

**You:** Can I book a seat in advance?

**Them:** Only the group rooms need booking.

**You:** Then I will head straight upstairs.
