## Dialogue

**Them:** And what would you say your weakness is?

**You:** I used to take on too much work myself.

**Them:** How has that affected your team?

**You:** It slowed us down when I became the bottleneck.

**Them:** What are you doing differently now?

**You:** I share the work earlier and review it later.

**Them:** Has that made a difference?

**You:** Yes, we ship more and I sleep better.
