## Dialogue

**Them:** How do you handle disagreement on a team?

**You:** I try to understand the reason behind it first.

**Them:** Has that ever failed to work?

**You:** Once we disagreed for weeks about a design.

**Them:** How did it end?

**You:** We built both versions and measured them.

**Them:** Which one won?

**You:** Not mine, and the product was better for it.
