## Dialogue

**Them:** Do you have any questions about how we work?

**You:** Is the team in the office every day?

**Them:** Three days in, two days at home.

**You:** Are the office days fixed or flexible?

**Them:** Tuesday and Wednesday are fixed for everyone.

**You:** That works well with my commute.

**Them:** Good. Most people find that balance helpful.

**You:** I agree. I focus better at home some days.
