## Dialogue

**Them:** Front desk. How can I help?

**You:** My room is very noisy. Could I change it?

**Them:** I'm sorry to hear that. Which room are you in?

**You:** Room three eleven, right above the street.

**Them:** I have a room at the back on the fifth floor.

**You:** That sounds much better. Can I move now?

**Them:** Yes, come down and I'll swap your key.

**You:** Thank you for sorting this out.
