## Dialogue

**Them:** Housekeeping, how can I help?

**You:** Could I have two extra towels, please?

**Them:** Certainly. Anything else while I'm coming up?

**You:** An extra pillow would be great.

**Them:** No problem. Soft or firm?

**You:** Firm, please. And do you have an adaptor?

**Them:** We do. I'll bring one with the towels.

**You:** Thank you, that's very kind.
