## Dialogue

**Them:** Reception, good morning.

**You:** There's no hot water in my bathroom.

**Them:** I'm very sorry. How long has it been like that?

**You:** Since last night. I waited ten minutes.

**Them:** I'll send someone up right away.

**You:** Thank you. I'll be out until noon though.

**Them:** That's fine. We'll fix it while you're out.

**You:** Perfect. Please leave a note when it's done.
