## Dialogue

**Them:** Is everything okay over here?

**You:** The lid came off and my drink spilled everywhere.

**Them:** Oh no. Are you all right? Did it get on you?

**You:** Just a little on my sleeve. I'm fine.

**Them:** Let me grab a towel. I'll make you a new one, on the house.

**You:** That's very kind. Could you press the lid on tightly this time?

**Them:** Absolutely. Here you go — and here are some extra napkins.

**You:** Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
