## Dialogue

**Them:** Hi! Are you a rewards member?

**You:** I am. Can I use my points today?

**Them:** Let me check your balance. Can you scan your app?

**You:** Here it is. How many points do I have?

**Them:** You have a hundred and fifty — enough for a free drink.

**You:** Then I'll use them for a large latte, please.

**Them:** Done. Your total today is zero.

**You:** That's great. Thanks for checking for me.
