## Dialogue

**Them:** Good morning! What can I get started for you?

**You:** Hi. I have a big order for my office — is that okay?

**Them:** Of course. Go ahead whenever you're ready.

**You:** Three medium lattes, two black coffees, and one hot chocolate.

**Them:** Got it. Any milk preferences on those lattes?

**You:** One with almond milk, and the other two regular.

**Them:** No problem. Would you like a carrier for all of those?

**You:** Yes, please. That would really help.

**Them:** All set. It'll be about eight minutes.

**You:** That's fine. I'll wait right here.
