## Dialogue

**Them:** Have you finished clearing the flat?

**You:** Almost. The kitchen is done already.

**Them:** We will inspect it on Saturday.

**You:** When will I get the deposit back?

**Them:** Within ten days after the inspection.

**You:** Will you charge for normal wear?

**Them:** No, only for real damage.

**You:** That sounds fair. Thank you.
